LinkGather - An Overview



This plugin for WordPress will allow you to export the URL's for all your blogs articles in CSV design.

You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

When you have installed the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Walkthrough


A new link on the left side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

Click on the Home link, this will go to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to move you to the page that will reveal all of your blog websites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long check here this list will be.

Underneath the URL table, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
